About Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge
Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge is a lodge operated by Serena Hotels, a large publicly-traded hospitality company that was started in 1970. The lodge lies at the Kenyan side of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. From Nairobi City, it will take you about 4 hours to drive to Amboseli, about 250km towards the Kenya-Tanzanian border. We classify this lodge under luxury lodges in Kenya as the cheapest accommodation goes for about $200 per night.
Below is a snapshot of the Kenyan map showing the location of Amboseli Seran Safari Lodge.
The Lodge is one of the most secluded lodges by Serena and is within a grove of acacia trees, inside an expansive savannah plain.
The Lodge was started to cater to tourists looking to enjoy the snow-capped mountain and animal watching at Amboseli National Park.
